Goodbye To DACA

The President this week ended the Obama-era (illegal) law known as “Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals” or DACA for short (originally based on what Obama had also illegally passed called “Deferred Action for Parents of Americans” or DAPA). The “Law” was unconstitutional, meaning the President is not allowed to make laws governing immigration or anything other than telling Federal agencies how they should operate. Allowing illegal aliens to stay in this country is not a form of “Operational guideline”.

Judge Napolitano Explains Why DACA Is Unconstitutional

The “Tech” industry is going to lobby to try to do something about President Trump’s actions. They’ve been trying to get Congress to do something about it since 2012. They are the ones who are SUPPOSED to do something about it.

We have many friends on legal paths to citizenship, and some who are not. The ones who are, most of them are hard-working, productive adults, with children often, who are either citizens themselves (one parent is a U.S. Citizen) or they are also going to become naturalized along with their parents. We support them – 100%.

If you came to this country illegally, then you are what we call an “Illegal alien” and subject to all the remedies available under THE LAW. Without the “Rule of Law” in this country, we will become like other countries that do not respect laws, e.g., Venezuela. Nobody wants to become a third world socialist country that was once the third largest economy in the western hemisphere, all because a bunch of folks got together and decided they all wanted to “Stand in long lines for food together” (and be miserable together).

Venezuela’s Income Equality Failure

Now, as Judge Napolitano pointed out, DAPA was unconstitutional, and so, likely is DACA. However, the fact remains, whether you came here yourself, or were brought here, by your parents, the end result is the same.

Dreamers like to think they aren’t “Criminals” but the mere fact they are here illegally makes them ILLEGAL aliens. Sorry, that is a fact, not an opinion.

In the end, we chalked up both DAPA and DACA to the left’s use of the Cloward-Piven strategy to “Overwhelm the system” which was designed to bring the country to its knees financially in order to take the U.S. down as being the world’s most free and most giving country. There was never any “Economic incentive” to support DAPA, and there is only a modest “Incentive” to keep the children here, some would argue their economic contribution to the economy being substantial – but how can it be – they are still children? It was always going to be a drain on our economy, in my opinion.
